HVAC (HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING) systems are programmed to start early to insure that the Building is comfortable during normal business hours. The Building automation system will operate to maintain 70 degrees to 74 degrees in the building throughout the year. If you have a specific hot or cold complaint within your suite, please submit a work order using the Tenant Services link above or contact the Tamarac Plaza Management office at (303) 696-0706.
Should you require after hours HVAC, the cost is dependent upon the time of year and will be billed to your suite on your rent statement. The current cost of after hours air is $75.00 per hour depending on the season. Please call the management office at least 24 hours prior to your request.
