For new tenants to Tamarac Plaza, the number of keys and access cards that will be delivered upon move-in is based upon the square footage of their space. There will be 4 cards and keys per each 1000 square feet of space initially. Anything in addition at time of move-in or in the future will be charged to the tenant at the set cost for these items.
